Gary W. Kidwell has been with the Foundation since 1998, first serving as a zone vice president and senior vice president before being named president in 2003. He is a graduate of Campbellsville University and received his Master of Divinity from Lexington Theological Seminary.

Gary is a Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Fundraising Executive, and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He holds a certificate in nonprofit management from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Gary assisted congregations of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) with their building and financing needs as a vice president with Church Extension. Earlier in his ministry, Gary served as a new church planter and pastor.

Matt Rosine was approved as President-Elect of the Christian Church Foundation in November, 2023. Matt currently serves as vice president for the Great Lakes zone, which includes Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Matt has served congregations and ministries of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) for over 20 years. Before joining the Foundation staff in 2021, he served with Pension Fund of the Christian Church and Disciples Church Extension Fund. Prior to his work there, he served local congregations in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). He is a graduate of Texas Christian University and obtained his Masters of Divinity from Brite Divinity School in Fort Worth, Texas. Matt is also a Certified Fund Raising Executive.

Lori Lucas is the Foundation’s senior vice president, with responsibility for the organization’s personnel function, financial operations, budget and audit.

Lori joined the Foundation in 2002 after serving as an accountant for both Arvin Industries and the Indiana Department of Revenue. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. Lori graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Joe Hartman is vice president of the Foundation’s investment program. He is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of investment services, serving more than 700 ministry partners who invest their ministry’s long-term money in the Foundation’s Joint Investment Trust.

Joe joined the Foundation in 2000. He earned both his Bachelor of Science and MBA from Butler University. Joe and his wife, Emily, are the parents of four children.

Christy Stratton is manager of gift administration, overseeing the administration of the Foundation’s charitable gift annuities and charitable trusts. In addition to her gift administration role, Christy supervises the Foundation’s accounts payable function and the administration of both the Oreon E. Scott Foundation and The United Christian Missionary Society.

Christy joined the Foundation in 2002 after graduating from Marian University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. Christy and her husband, Travis, have three children.

Rev. Maggie Archibald serves as director of communications for the Christian Church Foundation, responsible for the Foundation’s overall marketing and communication strategies. Maggie has a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Multicultural Christian Education from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis. She was ordained in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in May 2016.
